Responsibilities:
1. With creative and innovative ideas
2. Concept building and US design following
3. Communicating with US groups, local engineers and vendors to convert product concept to optimum manufacturable products
4. Drawings rendering for package and other sketches preparing
5. Others as required

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 2 years or above design experience, worked in toys company will be an advantage
3. Be familiar with 2D and 3D design software.
4. Fluent in English, Mandarin.
5. Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. .
6. Good interpersonal skills and team player, be patient & careful and can work under heavy pressure.
7. Knowledge and understanding of Western culture.

CepiallC美国玩具公司，总部在美国，深圳设代表处。美国员工约20-30，深圳员工约10。
自主开发设计玩具产品包括塑胶、毛绒、电子等，多款畅销产品Zhu Zhu Pets, Bananas等，主要针对欧美市场。开发和生产的合作工厂主要在广东境内。
前期设计工作主要在美国完成，深圳公司负责跟进开发和生产流程。
