职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Work with clients closely to be familiar with clients' products, marketing and planning process.
2.Attend New Product Introduction Meeting and Sales Planning Meetings as required to be familiar with agreement and sales or operation model between clients and ModusLink as well as profit model of ModusLink.
3.Initiate S&OP forum for clients in charged and create S&OP report/package to Contribute to the global roll-up of forecast information to give a global client view.
4.Follow clients' forecast and actual demand, analysis the accuracy and trend and communicate with clients and business management.
5.Design and provide reports as customers' or internal request in a Shared Services environment on supply chain perspective such as inventory, PO list, etc.
6.Resolve relative clients' questions on the report or data ModusLink provide.
7.Do inventory and risk buy analysis, inventory/safety stock setting for selected clients if need
8.Calculate min/max or reorder point targets for use by planning teams globally
9.Be familiar with clients' products life cycle, roadmap and technology development, monitor clients demand trend to avoid unnecessary excess or obsolete internally.
10.EOA (excess, obsolete and aging ) Report and analysis.
11.Some reports on spending and cost relative to supply chain perspective.

Requirements:
EDUCATION
1.Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or any related discipline,.
2.Professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and business management or equivalent.
3.Academic qualification with a mathematical or statistical foundation is desirable.
4.Proven industry experience may be considered in lieu of the above
EXPERIENCE
1.2+ years experience in hardware forecasting/planning or business analysis
2.Experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
3.Familiar with DSCM process
4.MRP knowledge and experience. SAP and material control or customer service or project management background is preferred.
SKILLS
1.Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
2.Strong understanding and analytical skills
3.Clear thinking/problem solving
4.Working in a matrixed environment
5.Be fluent in both oral and written English
6.Have good communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear manner.
7.Good reporting ability
WORKING CONDITIONS
1.General office environment, low noise level
2.Occasional International travel.
