Job Description:

Strategy & Planning

? Ensure that ERP software meets business requirements and goals, fulfills user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues.

? Ensure that ERP deployment enhances operating systems, networks, telecommunications, or other areas where it is deployed.

Acquisition & Deployment

? Assist with contracts negotiations with ERP software and service providers as needed.

? Liaise with company's ERP suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.

? Evaluate proposals in order to identify potential problem areas, and make the appropriate recommendations.

Operational Management

? Administering the system, e.g. accounts & role maintenance, response to solution provider administration requests;

? Act as the superuser to train other users;

? Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the ERP system, which may involve communication and liaison with internal users and solution provider.

? Liaise with solution providers to resolve any application/technical issue;

Requirement:

- Fluent in English & Mandarin;

- Bachelor in computer science, information systems, or business administration, and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.

- Solid experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions. (Experience in using Netsuite would be a plus)

- Good business sense and personal communication skill;

- Ability to conduct research into application issues and products.
