-负责行业大客户的业务开拓，满足客制化服务需求；

-细分客户行业特点，了解/引导需求，提升整体HRO服务方案，灵活组合、优化产品及服务；

-做好售前、售中、售后完成的服务链，响应客户反馈，及时处置各类需求；

-完成市场活动的组织、实施，做好大客户的关系维护及管理；

-做好专业化服务的同时，完成销售任务。

任职要求:
-大学本科学历；
-至少2年以上直客销售经验，有1年以上大客户开发和维护经验；
-能独立完成客户方案的撰写、修改；
-具备突出的现场演讲、呈现能力及经验；
-面对多个客户需求，有较强的时间管理能力；
-能承受高压力、快节奏的工作模式；
-有良好的团队合作精神；

-有英文读写能力者，外企工作经验者优先。
