Job Description:

- Manage company's remuneration programs which are intended to be competitive in local markets and are aligned with the corporate guide and pay for performance standards and local legal requirements
- Guide the implementation and deployment of company's compensation and benefits policies and practices in a cost effective, market competitive manner
- Understand the business strategies, talent market trend and practices to monitor, adjust and develop effective C&B strategy, policy and programs to attract, motivate and retain top talents
- Ensure consistency, compliance and competitiveness through collaboration with HR Director
- Conduct compensation and benefits market survey and trend analysis, provide constructive salary proposals to top management
- Lead benefit programs review in China to ensure company's competitiveness in talent market in terms of total remuneration package
- Coordinate HR compliance and audits internal and external
- Manage and improve HR information system, generate HR reports and analysis for regional HR and corporate HR


Job Requirements:

- 8 years HR experience with at least 4 years focus on Compensation & Benefits, 5 years with multinational companies
- Strong Compensation and benefit functional knowledge and practice
- Strong ability to effectively communicate ideas and thoughts to people at all levels of the organization
- Familiar with one of the major salary survey methodology
- Proficient in an HR information system, such as SAP, People First, or Oracle
- Team management experience
- Versed in PRC and local labor ordinances and practices
- Fluent English
