Supply Planning Supervisor
1) Based on the demand plan from sales & marketing to compute the required supply plan considering vendors lead time, inventory, inspection, transportation, location & time of requirement, provide the purchase plan as needed;
2) Monitor ETA and actual delivery, liaise with demand planner (product specialist from S&M) & CB for actions for any discrepancy (i.e. timing & qty). Revise supply & purchase requirement whenever necessary, e.g. cancel purchase or adjust qty…etc;
3) Monitor & arrange stock transfer activity to satisfy the supply requirement, e.g. from SZ to US or UK, with the most cost effective way but yet meeting the requirement;
4) Decide inventory level & transportation mode (e.g. from air freight into sea freight) to minimize stock & cost and yet fulfilling demand requirement;
5) Make proposal for supply plan for long holidays like National Day and Chinese New Year.
6) Coordinate with CB leaders for vendor allocation for big orders.
7) Act as power user and trainer for ERP system.
Requirement
1) Related work experience min 5 years like PMC position;
2) MRP & logistic arrangement knowledge;
3) Strong logic and liaison skill;
4) Experience in ERP for demand/supply plan management;
5) Bachelor degree or above major in science;
6) 28 – 35 years old
