Responsibilities:
1. Handling & processing service related tickets; Supporting the GBSM to build the relevant Business Support Organization; Identifying needs to constantly improve exiting processes
2. 2nd level support on global HRIT applications for region APAC
3. GHR tickets analysis and improvements identification
4. Training implementation to Region Key users regarding GHR system operations
5. Assist HR BSO manager to define/improve Region HRIT landscape (Payroll, attendance, HR e-flow, etc)
6. Regional HRIT projects (Project analysis and identification, Project chart, project plan, project monitoring and coordination, etc.)
7. Region HR systems supports
8. Documentation of change requirement and new functionality of Region HR systems
9. Identify continues improvement process regarding HR systems

Requirements:
1. Good understanding of GHR operations/processes
2. Experienced in HRIT Projects & HR/IT related Service
3. Knowledgeable in HRIT applications
4. Adequate knowledge in SAP HCM (PA, OM, ESS/MSS, Portal, Auth)
5. Ability to quickly learn new things and documenting it
6. Good analytical skills & ability to gather complex knowledge
7. Secure and confident behavior
8. Fluent in English language (written & oral)
