Indoor Sales/Sales Coordinator
Job description
1. Rate & quotation negotiation with client/ customer
2. Telephone probing and looking for further business potential expansion, follow up and ensure business on board
3. Handle incoming sales lead and outgoing sales leads generation by building up relationship with customer and identify business potential
4. Strengthen customer relationship by conduct face to face customer visit for services review
5. Work closely with sales team to achieve the sales target
6. To solve complain of customers in a proper and timely manner
7. To prepare proposals, reports and/or presentations as needed
8. To improve the promotion of company products to new and existing customers through a proactive approach whenever there is an opportunity for sales
9. Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
Job/Qualifications requirements
.
1. College degree or above in related field ;3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
2. Good Command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
3. Good PC Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word processing
4. Self motivated, good communication skill & presentable
5. Independent, responsible, proactive and work under pressure
