Responsibilities include:

1.Lead the whole NPI team to meet the business commitment in overall project readiness
2.Be the key interface with the global project management team from the different R&D centers, and in synchronization with the project planning and change 3.Full engagement and early involvement in the new product development from Defining (customer needs identification(VOC) and concept), Designing (specification and prototype) till Delivery (validation and launch)
4.Overall project leadership and key build organizing and report out from Prototype, Pre-Production, Pilot till Mass Production
5.Have the good understanding of new product development workflow and deliverables in each phase
6.Be the key driver in terms of key metrics in terms of overall process yield and cycle time
7.Be able to understand the technical issues and can communicate with the cross-functional team effectively
8.Be familiar with the electronics manufacturing key process and equipment, have the strong willingness to work on the manufacturing assembly improvement with documentation
9.Take the proactive action and work closely with cross-functional leaders (Sourcing/Purchasing, Production, Process/Equipment and Logistics) to synchronize NPI planning to meet the project schedule

10.Work actively with the cross-functional team leaders, such as Sourcing, Quality, SMT, VSM and Testing etc. on quick issue identification and problem solving
11.Play the critical role in team’s routine job management and career development ramp-up
12.Lead and drive the whole NPI team on the improvement with the visible deliverables in operation report
13.Keep the continuous improvement in project management related aspects, such as NPI process optimization and project cycle time reduction

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Project Management related discipline
2.More than 8.0 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry, minimum 4.0 years as project management position
3.Good knowledge in project management, PMP is preferred
4.Good communication skills on complex issue and solution in English
