Responsibilities include:

• Lead the electronic product related failure analysis and actions to maintain the key metrics
• Understand the product related principle through the related documentation (Hardware & Software specification etc.)
• Be the key interface to work with the remote engineers in global organization on the problem identification and solving
• Work closely with the test development engineering & test sustaining engineering to have the in-depth understanding on the issues
• Product failure mode analysis with the supporting documentation, such as Raw Material Specification & Design Documentation
• Document issues and solution clearly as how-how for better knowledge sharing
• Understand the whole manufacturing process from SMT, Test till Final Assembly
• Be familiar with the instrument and its application (oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer and digital measurement instrument etc.)
• Work actively with the cross-functional team, such as QA, SQE, SMT and Test etc. on quick issue identification and problem solving
• Be involved in critical material change and deviation
• Technical support for existing product and new product introduction
• Support production technicians in product issues
• Periodical trainings for the internal team on product related knowledge
• BOM integrity supporting
• Continuous improvement and support key metrics improvement (yield improvement and cycle time reduction)

• Strong self-learning skills to be quick familiar with high mixed products
• Good understanding on role with key deliverables
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics related
• More than 5 years working experience in electronic product engineering
• Good knowledge in electronic related products
• Experience in product failure analysis
• Experience in Six sigma methods

Additional Qualifications:

• Good communication skills on technical issue and proposed solution in English
• RF experience in product/equipment related is preferred
• With test experience is preferred
• Six sigma qualification is a plus
