Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with local and remote manufacturing engineering team to meet the business commitment in shipment
• Meet the business requirement in terms of key metrics in test yield, down time and test time
• Be sensitive to the process variation and yield drop, and take the timely actions to drive the issue solving
• Be able to understand the product related knowledge and principle through the related documentation
• Be able to understand the test principle through the related documentation (test specification and test plan etc.)
• Be able to understand the overall test bench and configuration with the related documentation (schematics and drawings etc.)
• Be familiar with test bench validation and verification related tools, such as Gage R&R and Cp/Cpk etc.
• Be familiar with the instrument and its application (oscilloscope, digital measurement instrument etc.)
• Document the production issue and solutions clearly for better knowledge sharing and skills transferring
• Take the preventative actions on the test bench performance improvement through the low-cost modification and optimization
• Work actively with the cross-functional team, such as QA, SQE, SMT etc. on quick issue identification and problem solving
• Implement the periodical checking and maintenance on the equipment to maintain the machine performance
• Keep the continuous improvement on cost reduction related tasks, such as yield improvement and cycle time reduction

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation related discipline
• More than 6 years working experience in electronic manufacturing engineering, with strong manufacturing engineering knowledge in test and assembly
• Good knowledge in electrical/electronic test and measurement
• In-depth knowledge in test bench troubleshooting/debugging, and product failure analysis

Additional Qualifications:

• Good communication skills on technical issue and proposed solution in English
• Virtual Instrument related knowledge in LabVIEW, LabWindows etc.
• RF experience in product/equipment related is preferred
• Results orientated problem solver
