Our company is an extremely successful manufacturer and distributor of medicine in China. Due to internal restructuring we are looking for a VP/GM to be responsible for over 2000 employees and a profitable 9 figure plus revenue stream.

The hired candidate will be responsible for maintaining the current success of the operation while determining, developing and implementing new strategies for growth. Leading a small team of highly successful and experienced senior executives, they will ensure that operational excellence, superb customer service and dedicated sales and marketing continue as the foundation of their business.

Qualifications:
* Successful candidates will come from a senior management role in the business of manufacturing or distribution products into the medical industry and have played a role in strategic development of successful business expansion and have the following experience and abilities:
* They must be a senior executive with many years of broad based general business experience and 10+ years at a senior management level in the medicine industry.
* They should have a Degree in business and/or a related technical degree coupled with substantial business experience.

In addition they will be:
* A leader, a motivator, a team builder and a company builder
* A savvy business person with experience in, and adept at, managing and growing all aspects of a multidisciplinary business (business development, manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, inventory)
* A person well respected and well connected in business circles
* Someone who possesses an entrepreneurial nature and is driven to succeed
* Be adept at fostering strong and lasting relationships with both our customers and our employees
* An individual with a strong personality who commands respect and is able to lead a team of industry veterans and experts to excel
* Someone who is driven to succeed
* An extremely intelligent individual with substantial common sense
* A strategic thinker and savvy marketer

* This position will provide an executive level income and benefits as well as an incentive opportunity well above average.
