We are a one of the largest FMCG group in Asia focusing on Pharmaceutical product.

* Job Summary
The role will be responsible for the entire P&L of the business in Asia Pacific as well as the management of functional departments including; Finance, Human Resources, Operations & Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing. The successful applicant is expected to have the ability to think strategically and turn the strategies into action plans.

* Functions and Responsibilities
This role reports directly to the group CEO and is required to plan, organize, and direct the overall business operation in Asia Pacific to ensure a high level of effectiveness in meeting and exceeding customer expectations. He or she will be in charge of the supervision of all financial and legal affairs. Implementing and driving new business improvement programs across the region is also required. The incumbent must also ensure that the company stays on schedule and meets or exceed goals set. Ensure smooth operations and in accordance to group policies. Responsible for planning, budgeting and P&L performance at a regional level.

* Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor or Master Degree with at least 10 years of experience across Asia Pacific. He or she should have a proven track record of managing P&Ls and growing businesses. Hands on approach with operations and strategic planning experience within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Chemical industries preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and statistical data.
