Job Responsibilities:
---------------------------

Representing a private equity fund in real estate, we are searching for a seasoned investment professional with an eager, energetic personality to work within the highly competitive and fast changing real estate markets.

You will source and underwrite investments in the real estate opportunities across Asia including the China market, thus it is essential that you possess fluent Mandarin language skills and ability to undertaken frequent travel.

Working closely with the Chief Investment Officer you will play an integral role in the execution and underwriting of new real estate investments. You will provide significant input into the development of effective investment strategies, undertake analysis to appraise the relative merits of each potential investment through the due diligence process and make recommendations to the investment committee. You will manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including joint venture partners, advisors, consultants and investors.


Requirements:
-------------------

- To be successful in this position you should possess:

- Degree in Finance or Property related discipline

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience gained with a reputable real estate investment fund

- Thorough understanding of the real estate market,

- Proven track record of deal execution in China including knowledge of real estate transaction structures

- Good inter-personal skills with ability to be market facing and diplomacy to manage both internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to interpret financial information and financial models

- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations in both languages
