Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Board of Directors
- Lead the team of senior management to develop mid to long-term business development strategies, identifying target market, expand customer base, improve client experience and creating clearly defined sales plans for execution
- Develop and oversee the execution of business plans in each channel to deliver budgeted volume, profit, and ROI.
- Manage the whole operation to achieve business goals
- Prepare and assign sales and profit targets for all products in China markets
- Use your own network or leveraging existing relationships, identify and drive potential business leads
- Build first-class relationships with all channels and constantly look for business development opportunities in residential projects, interior designers, property developers and premium FMCG and appliance chain stores / department stores.
- Conduct annual forecast and sales plan execution evaluation analysis to look for continuous improvement
Job Requirements:

- University graduates in business or related discipline. MBA is an asset.
- 12 years of sales experience – at least 5 of these should be in a senior management capacity
- Excellent visionary and leadership skills combined with execution and project management delivery experiences
- Premium to luxurious background for building and / or retail industries with proved experience in promoting a large variety and complex product range
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives in a similar environment is advantageous
- Able to manage a diversified teams with different level of staff
