Job Responsibilities:
---------------------------

- Responsible for sourcing of project finance and equity syndication for global renewable energy power plant development and refinancing of capitalized power assets;

- Responsible for deal sourcing, engineering and execution, industry research, financial analyses and asset valuation;

- Lead negotiation, contracts execution, deals implementation and relevant tasks as required by the investment and project finance management process of the company;

- Establish strong relationship with investment community and project financing channels both in China & overseas


Requirements:
--------------------

- Proven executive who are experienced in investment, project finance, equity syndication and structured finance areas & instruments

- 6+ years of experience in investment and financing of power plants, utilities or infrastructure projects gained through investment bank, financial advisory, PE and or large corporations environment.

- Strong leadership skill and business network. Ability to drive business, work under pressure and capable to win trust from local and international investment community

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin; and global mindset through international exposure and working experience
