Our Client, one of the World's largest Private Equity firms, is seeking a VP/SVP level candidate to join their strategy team and provide high level support in the strategy, risk and asset allocation of a USD 60bn AUM global fund.

You will be part of the Investment team covering investments in North Asia with focus on China .

Key responsibility will be deal sourcing in the region, your network will be important for the group & also your ability to leverage the existing clientele of the firm will be highly regarded.

It’s a senior independent position hence you will be expected to possess strong hands on knowledge to perform due diligence including analysis  and conclusion.

The role will also include preparation & as well as verifying financial model, structuring and negotiating deals, terms and conditions, managing deal process and preparing documents for internal approval processes.

Requirements:
--------------------

- MUST have at least 6-10 years work experience in top tier private equity firm, bulge bracket investment bank, or consultancy firm
- MUST have strong academic credentials, with an MBA from a top business school is an asset
- A strong passion for investment strategy, corporate strategy and risk management
- Independent and critical thinker with strong analytical ability
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to confidently interact with senior management, investors and peers
- Have strong Excel skills and be capable of building and operating all aspects of investment and asset management financial models
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present in PowerPoint, excel and orally
- Fluent in English and Mandarin also a MUST
