Job Responsibilities: -

- To provide professional advice to the senior management team on strategic business development
- To take ownership over all accounting and finance matters of the group in the Greater China
- To ensure the business is at all times compliant in relation to finance matters
- To ensure high standards of financial controls and reporting and its compliance to corporate policies and procedures continuously updated and compatible with current industry best practices
- To manage the production of the monthly management accounts providing value-added analysis of trading and operational performance, conducing variance analysis from budgets, monitoring stock turn, cash flow and inventory positions, seeking cost/expense reduction opportunities
- To carry out corporate finance and advisory role and provide advice on feasibility and financial impact of investments, alliances with strategic partners, mergers and acquisitions
 

Job Requirements: -

- CPA Qualified plus 10-15 years experience in a senior capacity within a finance team gained from sizable commercial organizations preferably with principal activities in retail area in Greater China
- Be familiar with PRC accounting and taxation standards
- Have strong commercial orientation and analytical skills with high integrity and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be able to understand the strong value that the company places on building relationships whether it being with staff, suppliers, customers or other key stakeholders and business partners
- Possess high level of leadership skill through a energetic, enthusiastic and lead by example approach
