Our Client, one of Asia Pacific’s best hospitality groups, endeavors to create unique and memorable experiences to every guest. To support their growth in the region, they are urgently looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation of a 5 star hotel in Kunming.

Responsibilities:

- Management of the property including P&L responsibility, sales and marketing, HR and operation;
- Co-ordinate all operational activities on a daily basis to ensure provisions for guests of consistently high service standards;
- Develop, recommend and implement goals, objectives, procedural standards and policies aligned to the business goals of the group;
- Responsible for maximizing revenue through effective measures and yield strategies;
- Accountable for the budgetary control and expenses for all departments;
- Lead, manage and enhance the overall performance of the teams.
 

Requirements:

- Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent people and team management skills;
- Strong cost management, analytical and conceptualization skills;
- Self driven, creative and has passion in the hospitality/service industry;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record in similar capacity;
- Solid experience in working in China;
- Must have a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Taiwanese is highly welcomed.
