Job Description:

Provide 24 hours authorization services to SCB cardholder and merchant acquiring business. Support customer inquiry and authorization related service, seek approval for merchant acquiring business.

Key Responsibility:

1. Answer and resolve authorization approval request
2. Provide efficient authorization services to both cardholder and merchant
3. Answer cardholder inquiries and process loss/stolen card report
4. Support 24 hours cardholder and merchant inquiry serivice
5. Execute file upload and download process for recurrent transaction
6. Support and approve temporary line upgrade
7. Monitor daily transactions by PRISM (Fraud detection system)
8. Maintain precise negative file in Union-Pay system
9. Prevent suspicious transactions during the authorisation approval process
10. Prepare daily and month local and Group report

Qualification:

? College degree or above.
? Relevant experience preferred in Banking industry .
? Good communications skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
? Proficient in PC & Microsoft Office applications.
? Good interpersonal and communication skill in Chinese and English.
? Works independently with strong sense of responsibility.
