Purpose of the Job:
- Establish sales channels in Nanjing Area and enlarge sales, distribution and market share.
Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Develop, maintain and manage market.
负责地区市场的开发、管理与维护；
2. Based on HQ’s sales targets and market characteristics, draft corresponding sales plans and implement;
以总部的销售指标为目标，根据各市场特点，制定相应的销售计划并实施完成
3. Maintain good relationship with distributors and key customers;
与经销商、大客户建立良好的关系网络；
4. Follow up customers complaint, keep contact W HQ’s Marketing and prepare sales report
制作客户跟进与问题处理的月度报告，制作销售业绩的季度报告；
5. Collect receivables on time
对于应收帐款的催收；
6.Through training and management, recruit, develop and lead sales team to achieve sales and distribution targets
通过对于销售团队的管理，培训 招聘，发展及带领来达到销售目标;
7.Organize marketing activities
组织市场活动；
8. Collect marketing information for R&D;
协助生产工厂研发新产品；
Qualifications任职资格：
1.Above college degree
大专以上学历；
2.3 + year working experience in multinational FMCG, minimum 2 years working experience in similar position is preferred;
3年以上跨国快速消费品行业相关工作经验，2年以上同等职位经验者优先；
3.Creative, result-oriented and positive attitude;
有创造性，注重结果，良好积极的工作态度；
4.Good communication skills, team cooperation and people management skills;
良好的交流技巧，团队管理和人员管理技巧；
5.English ability is preferred;
英语流利者优先。
