职位描述
任职要求:
1、能主导平板产品从ID/MD设计评审,可行性分析到实现直到量产的项目全过程管理工作,具备时间观念!
2. 熟悉平板结构与电子物料，能熟练应用Excel表，熟悉项目文档及BOM的管理、样品承认书的发放和管理、项目例会的组织和会议记录
3、熟练制定项目计划，定义项目各阶段的任务、目标、时间节点，并能主导整个项目团队进行管控项目。
4、开展项目的可行性分析，根据研发流程管理项目计划和产品质量，负责报告项目的进展状况和项目文档；
技能要求:
1、大专以上学历，电子、通讯、机械制造,工业设计等专业，英语4级以上。
具备项目管理的基本知识以及手机结构、硬件、软件知识,平板外围元器件结构性能,规格!
2、三年以上平板研发项目全过程管理经验，一年以上电子产品项目管理工作经验，熟悉海外运营商者优先
3、有较好的技术背景，熟悉手机软硬件平台、结构设计、有五金塑胶模厂跟模经验!
4、熟悉新产品研发流程，具有扎实的塑胶五金产品机械设计知识；
5、熟练使用PRO/E,autoCAD设计软件,
6、大公司工作背景优先考虑,良好的个人素养，优秀的沟通技巧，卓越的资源整合能力。
