职位描述
岗位职责：
1、参与公司产品立项和可行性分析，制订项目计划；
2、负责项目/项目组的计划，组织、开发及实施的全过程；
3、分解项目，协调相关部门之间的工作，以达项目进度目标；
4、负责项目进度管理、成本控制、质量控制、风险管理；
5、定期总结和汇报项目研发进展情况。
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历，具有结构背景；
2、具有手机行业8年以上经验，3年以上 项目管理 经验；
3、性格开朗,积极主动，有上进心；善于沟通，有较强的组织、管理和协调的能力；
4、有领导团队的能力,有较强的执行能力，责任心强，踏实肯干、诚实敬业，能够主动承受工作压力;
5、对 产品开发 、产品跟进、模具跟进以及产品结构的工艺制作流程非常了解；
6、从产品研发到量产的时间把控程度有一整套解决实际问题的方案；
7、对手机研发流程、产品开发流程和质量控制流程熟悉；
8、懂英语，能与国外客户初步沟通。
