职位描述：
1、根据公司采购需求，收集物料供应商资料，独立制定和核算采购计划，通过询价、供应商评估、价格谈判等活动，确定各供应商的价格、交货时间与付款条件等；
2、与供应商建立良好的关系，建立合格供应商资源并定期考核，管理供应商；
3、根据采购流程，结合产品库存情况、采购期长短等，制作采购合同，经相应审批流程后下订单至供应商，并监控订单执行情况，确保按时到货；
4、优化采购流程和标准，提高采购资金使用效率，以提高总资产周转率；
5、发展、维护市场调研体系，掌握、传递产品交替，价格变化等市场信息；
6、掌握公司销售、库存情况，优化库存产品周转速度；
7、其他公司领导交代的事务。
任职要求：
1、25-35，男女不限， 全日制大专及以上学历；手机电子行业3年以上采购经验
2、熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商及运营商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准；
3、具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力强；
4、具备较强职业道德素质。
