职位描述
职位要求：
1. 明确采购策略，并评估和贯彻该策略，不断地完善采购计划，建立稳定的供应商。
2. 开发新的供应商并不断提高现有供应商的交货期和质量。
3. 协助采购总监管理采购部，带领并教导相关团队完成供应商开发和全球采购工作。
4. 完善并改进本土化和全球化采购流程，带领跨功能团队共同工作，优化采购流程，保证公司取得整体成本优势，包括对公司有利的价格，交货期，最小订单量，付款条款等。
5. 推动供应链和工程部以及其他部门更顺畅的沟通，同时也包括次承包商和合伙供应商。
主要任务：
1. 执行新供应商认证程序来选择供应商，保证新的供应商满足公司要求，包括如下方面：质量，价格，周期，生产能力，灵活性，响应速度。
2. 协调并领导全球采购项目，包括供应商鉴定，报价请求，谈判，样品开发和生产跟进等各个环节。
3. 带领团队完成采购任务，满足客户需要。
4. 规范且全面的评估供应商，通过纠正和预防措施提高供应商的表现。
5. 整合并巩固供应商，以保证供应点的稳定。
6. 全面的采购合同管理，保证所有的采购活动符合公司利益。
7. 在保证质量和交货期的前提下，保证取得合理的价格。
8. 持续的评估，提高和发展采购团队，满足公司不断发展的需要。
任职条件：
1. 3-5年采购工作经验并 具备生产流程，成本分析，项目管理等经验。
2. 优秀的领导力，激励性和主动态度，执行力强，关注质量，良好的分析能力和解决问题能力。
3. 有手机平板等3大件采购管理和采购流程管理实际经验。
4. 具有团队精神，善于处理问题，良好的人际沟通谈判技巧。
5. 专科及其以上学历，电子相关专业优先
6. 英语读写流利者优先
