职位描述

主要职责:
1. 制定公司人事规章制度,规范人事流程,并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。
2.负责人员招聘,解聘,培训,绩效考核和劳动关系管理等工作。
3. 负责代表公司与员工签订劳动合同及其保管工作,健全员工的人事档案。以及升、降、调、辞等人事调整手续办理。
4.负责公司员工奖惩和绩效考核的统计和执行,
5.负责员工考勤管理和纪律监察。
6.负责办公用品的购买和发放,和管理工作。
7.负责办公环境的维护,实行5S管理
8.企业文化建设。

任职条件:
1. 大专以上学历,人力资源专业优先考虑;
2. 熟悉人事和行政工作,并且有2年以上工作经验;
3. 熟悉人力资源六大块,优先考虑。
4. 人品善良,责任感强,协助性好,愿意付出。
