主要职责：
1. 制定公司人事规章制度，规范人事流程，并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。
2．负责人员招聘，解聘，培训，绩效考核和劳动关系管理等工作。
3. 负责代表公司与员工签订劳动合同及其保管工作，健全员工的人事档案。以及升、降、调、辞等人事调整手续办理。
4.负责公司员工奖惩和绩效考核的统计和执行，
5.负责员工考勤管理和纪律监察。
6.负责办公用品的购买和发放，和管理工作。
7.负责办公环境的维护，实行5S管理
8.企业文化建设。
任职条件：
1. 大专以上学历，人力资源专业优先考虑；
2. 熟悉人事和行政工作，并且有2年以上工作经验；
3. 熟悉人力资源六大块，优先考虑。
4. 人品善良，责任感强，协助性好，愿意付出。

They are good investor for Star Digital to make better step for our customers in the world.
