职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责与研发团队、技术团队等的进行沟通联络；
2. 负责手机软件测试小组的主要管理工作；
3. 安排协调项目测试工作，测试计划和测试方案制定及实施；
4. 监控手机测试工作进度和测试质量；
5. 依据软件项目质量标准，评估和分析软件质量，并提供改进建议；
6. 负责手机软件测试用例的编写及实施；
7. 对软件缺陷的管理、跟踪及评审；
8. 定期对测试人员进行相关培训；
任职要求：
1. 从事手机等电子数码行业5年以上，具有3年以上手机软件测试经验，能够担任测试团队的团队管理，有序完成项目的测试工作；
2. 熟练掌握软件测试方法，有性能测试经验、自动化测试、安全性测试、嵌入式软件测试、智能手机（如Android）测试经验；
3. 熟悉软件开发测试流程，能编写测试计划、设计测试方案、测试用例，能独立编写测试报告；
4. 熟悉开源软件测试框架和工具，熟悉质量保证和控制标准、规范、流程和实施；
