Headquarter based in Paris, Seltech operates in Europe as well as in China (office in Nanjing and Shenzhen) and in the United States (office in Raleigh – North Carolina).

Nanjing based, the Field Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting acoustic customers’ design of Knowles product.


Main duties:
1. Support Customer design: in acoustic
． Respond to customer requests regarding question on product
． Analyze customer design and advice customer
． Work closely with the Seltech and Knowles support team
． Support of Global Account Managers for technical requests

2.Quality
． Help to handle customer quality complaints
． Maintain good internal quality
． Do on site debug during manufacturing

Education:
1.University degree in electronics or mechanical prefer majority related to acoustic area
2.Familiar with acoustic simulation software


Minimum job experience:
． 2+ years experience as AE for handset or mobile application
． Experience manufacturing materials and processes
． Prefer to have worked in acoustic solution company or acoustic institute

Special knowledge and character
．Good English (able to understand acoustic course in English and discuss application questions with foreign acoustic expert)
．Power use of IT tools MS-office, email…
．Team spirit and Player
．Has notion of quality
．National audio standards of mobile phone
．Assiduous and aspiring, open minded
．Willing to travel
