主要职责/Main Responsibilities:
l负责编制售后业务年度费用预算及盈利目标，并以此追踪售后业务的进展；
Be responsible to build up annual budget and profit target to after-sales business and track he real business based on the budget and target;
l负责售后业务的月度统计与分析，包括对备件及精品业务的收支分析、售后三包费用的统计与分析。
Be responsible for the monthly statistics and analysis, including to the business of spare parts and boutique and also the warranty of vehicles.
l负责对售后业务进行滚动预测，并分析预测与预算的差异及风险或机会所在；
Be responsible for making rolling forecast to after-sales business and analyzing the variance between the forecast and budget and also risk and opportunity;
l负责审核及登记经销商申请索赔的三包费用；
Be responsible to check and make a record to the actual warranty claimed by dealers;
l负责与售后部门及质量部门共同讨论整车三包费用的统计规则，根据现有的实际数据测算单车三包费用；
Be responsible to discuss and make an method about how to estimate the 3R expense per car with business Dept. and Quality Dept., and finally be able to calculate the warranty per car based on the current information of 3R(repair, replace, return) happened;
l根据公司商务政策或促销公告，审核给予经销商售后业务相关的奖励或补贴。
Be responsible to make the double-check on incentive or subsidy to after-sales business based on commercial policy or promotional bulletin;
l追踪实际运营数据并反馈给定价环节；
Track the operating result and make a feedback to price setting;
l追踪实际三包费情况，并反馈与项目假设的差异，分析其中的风险或机会。
Track the real warranty estimated based on the current 3R information happened, and make a feedback on the variance between the actual data with assumption or budget, then analyse the risk or opportunity.
l作为与售后部门对接的窗口，协调售后部与财务其他团队的工作
Cooperate after-sales Dept. with other teams of finance Dept. to work together as a window.
l配合会计团队做内外部审计。
Cooperate with accounting team to do internal or external audit.

任职条件/Qualification
l至少3年以上财务会计或相关领域的工作经验，汽车行业优先。
At least 3 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting or related fields, automotive industry experience is preferred.
l财会类、金融类专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above in finance and accounting.
l良好的分析技能。
Good analytical skills.
l良好的英语听、说、写的能力。
Good English in listening, speaking and writing.
l熟练操作计算机，尤其是Excel, Word, Outlook。
Proficient in computer operation, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.
l良好的交流与协作能力。
Good communication and coordination skills.
