Position Description：

Ensure that helmet quality expectations (Product Quality, delivery reliability, Standard Of Engagement) are met by the Vendors.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Monitor and control factory's product quality.

2. Check delivery reliability

Essential Duties :

1. Product Quality

• Based on shared expectations with his manager: ensure daily inline & production checks, final inspection and production process audits.
• Provide reports to management, partners and planning coordinator. Ensure follow up.

2. Delivery reliability

• Check that production launches are done accordingly with Purchase orders.

• Check that shipments are done accordingly to Shipping Instructions and Purchase Orders requirements.

• Provide reports to management and partners. Ensure follow up.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. 2-3 years QC experiences;

2. English reading and writing capability;

3. Good Computer knowledge;

4. Good Communication skills;

Other special remarks:

1. Analytical / Synthetical mind;

2. Capacity to listen and explain;

3. Curious and customer oriented minded.
