职位描述
Job Duties
-Purchase order (PO) administration, such as creating PO, rescheduling, PO data checking and update
-Supplier backlog checking
-Assist Product Specialist for daily data update
-Prepare internal reports and inventory analysis
-Liaise with suppliers to follow up all order, pricing, inventory and RMA related issues
-Coordinate with different internal departments, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance, to ensure the completeness of order management and inventory control.
Job Requirements
-Diploma or above in any discipline
-At least 1 year relevant experience, preferably in electronics industry
-MUST HAVE very high PC skills (especially MICROSOFT EXCEL and WORD) to handle huge volume of transactions and data management
-Proficient in system operations
-MUST BE proficient in spoken and written English with CET Level 4 or above
-Strong analytical skills and customer service skills
-Good in time management and priority setting
-Can work independently and cooperate with the team
-Responsible, self initiative and able to work under pressure
