工作职责：
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转，来访客户的接待和登记；
2、收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3、及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4、员工考勤管理、统计、工资计算；
5、负责办理新员工入职手续和离职员工手续；
6、购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录；
7、负责办公环境和设备的日常维护与管理；
8、固定资产的管理；
9、其他上级安排的工作。
职位要求：
1、文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专学历；（ 有相当工作经验者条件可放宽）
2、1年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
5、熟练使用相关办公软件。
