职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Lead the team achieve the KPI target of the workshop, including output, efficiency, quality, cost, OTD, etc.
2. Engage, coach and develop the team, provide the safe, enjoyable working environment and team culture;
3. Continuously improvement by leading the projects on business and people management;
4. Cooperate and coordinate with cross-function to achieve the target.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor and above, good in both written and oral English;
2. At least 3 years production management experience in MNC, have successful experience in improvement and project management;
3. Have the knowledge in IE, Lean manufacture, Kaizen, etc.
4. Good leadership and managing skill, can engage and motivate the team;
5. Independent, creative, positive, good influence, results-oriented.
