Job description

1. Creates and executes Price Programs for region. Determines and executes pricing strategy for products / markets/ geographical region 创建和执行价格项目区域。对产品、市场、地理区域决定并执行定价策略。

2. Helps to define regional marketing strategy for assigned product groups协助针对产品组定义区域营销策略。

3. Provides technical support for target opportunities 提供技术支持。

4. Supports sellers’ efforts to serve new targets and markets 为销售市场活动提供支持。

5. Provides the link between local market VOC and manufacturing/supply 支持生产、采购等活动。

6. Sets cost targets vs. local market price and supports product specification efforts in local region 根据成本和市场价，规范产品的合理定价。

7. Influences supply chain to meet cost / margin objectives影响供应链,以满足成本/利润目标。

8. Provides technical training and support to customers, distributors and sellers as needed 为客户提供技术培训和支持。

9. Develops marketing tools, technical literature & documentation specific to region 针对各地区，开发营销工具,技术资料和相关文档

10. Manages quotation process for customer applications and contract review of incoming orders, personally makes application recommendations and prepares quotations.管理报价体系。

11. Provides monthly sales forecasting based on regional demand提供月度销售预测

12. Works with Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing functions to resolve product issues与工程、制造和采购团队合作，来解决产品问题.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;

2. Good practical knowledge of the engineering principles of rotating machinery and/or power transmission equipment;

3. Solid Engineering & Technical background with strong business sense

4. Understand Chinese mechanical power transmission market, familar with local competition and customer;

5. Strong handson sales and business development experiences

6. solid communication skills

7. Familar with key target markets such as steel, mining and heavy equipment manufacturing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
