工作职责：
1、解决客户的技术咨询和产品故障，为客户提供全程技术服务；
2、参与系统方案的设计、审核；
3、指导技术人员的各项工作，考核其技术水平；
4、制定技术培训计划，编制培训资料，负责分公司技术员、销售人员及客户技术人员的技术培训工作；
5、参与产品销售、维修指导书等资料的编写工作。
任职资格：
1、22-40岁，大专以上学历，电子类专业；
2、一年以上电子产品技术支持或研发工作经验，能独立解决产品疑难问题、设计技术方案、实施技术培训及处理客诉；
3、良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
4、能适应出差。有安防行业工作经验者优先；
5、工作经验稍弱者可应聘技术员职位。
