Branch Business HR
Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR services on staffing, recruitment, C&B policies and procedures, training, performance management and other HR projects as assigned to branch.
- Maintain strong liaison and working relationship with department heads and provide effective business solutions on people management
- Work closely and keep active communication with HR outsourcing vendor
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking and finance industry
- Solid problem solving and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and good understanding of market and industry knowledge including employment laws & regulations in PRC
- Good written and oral English
