岗位要求：女性 18-30周岁
1、需要吃苦耐劳的精神，工作主动认真，待人诚恳，有高度的责任，能长期稳定工作；
2.具有客户服务意识和网络营销知识技巧，对客户充满热情、耐心和亲和力；
3、有上进心、因电子商务行业特殊，有时晚上也有客户购物，能接受短时间加班工作；
4、头脑灵活，文字表达能力强；
5、能及时处理并有效解决相关网络后台工作日常问题；
6、1年及以上的网络营销相关工作实战经验。

职位描述：
1、熟练使用阿里旺旺、及淘宝等相关网络后台，进行在线买家接待，解答顾客提问，引导顾客进行购买产品，公司会对产品知识进行相应培训；
2、专业推荐与导购，耐心并细致的销售商品，促成商品交易；
3、以良好的心态及时解决客户提出的问题和要求；
4、提供售后服务并能解决一般投诉；
5、能与团队良好的沟通协作。
6、有淘宝建新店经验、懂基本的计算机应用软件，图片处理软件CDR，PS的优先考虑

薪资待遇：
1.底薪+提成+餐补+年终奖，业绩优秀者公司可以考虑给期权分红，收入不封顶。
