Key Responsibilities (in order of importance)

• Understand & evaluate the opportunity for market development of Gore’s international brand partners in China Outdoor market
• Establish business partnership with the selected partners to influence and grow our outdoor business in China collaboratively
• In conjunction with Sales Leaders, select and prioritize the strategic partners in our global customer portfolio
• Manage and be responsible for the International Accounts business in China.
• Effectively coordination with the global account team and local business team to formulate and execute the global account strategies
  

Essential requirements:

• At least 8 years experience in Sales/Business development role
• Solid track record in developing business within an international environment
• Experience in managing product distribution channels in China
• Excellent written and oral English
• Highly effective communication and influencing skills
• Function well within a non-hierarchical team based environment (Influence people effectively)
• Understand and be comfortable with global organizational dynamics
• Self starter & drive for result
• Good strategic thought process
• Comfortable with Gore’s cultural values (this is absolutely essential)
• Effective communicator, influencing, relationship building
• High degree of integrity
  

Desirable:

• Experience in business with outdoor/sports segments
• Good basic knowledge of the outdoor/sports segments
• knowledge about product, technology, marketing
• High teamwork spirit
