Job Duties：

1. Sales up to the distributor level

- Find & follow project leads in the West China

- Work with relevant team to win project

- Manage price to SI level under company price policy

- Manage project delivery with proper product mix with channel and supply chain system

2. Reporting system

- Supply monthly sales forecast based on project pipeline

- Update project status based on monthly basis

- Review key project based on weekly basis

3. Market Research

- Investigate area competitor sales figure

- Investigate area competitor sales system

- Research high growth projects sales segment

4. Supporting channel project sales

- Share projects pipeline with distributors

- Support key projects of distributor to improve win ratio

- Train & coach distributor system to master key project and improve sales figure

Job Requirements :

• Education / Experience

- Bachelor degree or above

- Major in business or commercial or Information Technology

- At least 3 years working experience as sales

• Specific knowledge

- Cabling application know how

- IT or low voltage system application know how

• Technical Business understanding

- Good understanding about project sales market

- Project management skill

- Market analysis skill
