We need someone who is self-driven to assist in answering around 100 emails a day and doing online chat.
Great English is not a must, but must understand how to use templates.
For those with better English, we can have you answer phones.
Night shift also available for more.
5 1/2 days a week. Office is in Hua Qiang Bei
