Note: 我们现在只招上夜班的。 工作时间是晚上10点 到早上7点。而且英文口语要流利。不愿意上晚班的人请别投简历。
Job Description
We have a full time customer service representative opening for an electrics e-commerce company. The representative who is offered the position will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by using creative solving skills to resolve order issues, customer concerns, etc. You will be responsible for answering inquiries regarding existing orders, sales, and company policies.
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, thrives on challenges, and exceeds company and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, is not afraid of new challenges, can retain and apply new information, and is always willing to learn new processes.
? Work hours are 10-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 10-2pm
? Starting Salary will be 2500-3000 per month
? Maintain professional relationship with co-workers
? Available to work a flexible schedule
? Provide exceptional customer service
? Must be able to travel to Hua Qian Bei daily
Requirements/Skills
? Provide excellent customer service when dealing with stressful situations
? Basic English reading, writing and oral communication
? Basic Computer and Microsoft application
? Show friendly, professional and courteous behavior
? Typing and data entry skills
? Update/Correct Product description
? Draft Professional email correspondences for customers
? Provide excellent oral English support through phone service
? Maintain professional communication with customers and company staff
? At least 1 year experience in customer service
? Ability to complete task through office distractions
? Pay attention detail to avoid making mistakes
? Other duty requirements may include procurement, shipping, and product purchasing when needed.
