Major Responsibilities:

- Xi'an technical training team management and personnel development.

- Internal and external trainer qualification and training quality management.

- Technical training related projects assigned

- Lead team to develop & maintain training materials based on BMW international technical training concept

- Xi'an training center operation

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above major in Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.

- Hands on technical experiences in automobile industry.

- Extensive full life cycle training management experiences .

- In-depth understanding of Automotive Aftersales business, especially in workshop area.

- Certified BMW Trainer, a role model of training and coaching.

- Good at people management.

- Experience in project management.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analyzing and planning skills.

- Customer and business oriented .

- Creative, flexible and reliable.
