资深西安培训中心运营专员 Advanced Specialist Xi’an Training Center Operation

Responsibilities:

- In charge of financial management through proper budget planning and controlling.

- Make sure efficient implementation of operational process and rules in Xi’an Training Center.

- Manage Xi’an Training Center operation team for problem solving, decision making, coaching and team building

- Xi’an Training Center property management, including building maintenance, facility and equipment repair, water and electricity repaired, etc.

- Supplier management to provide qualified service, including security, cleaning and catering.

- Supervise training car, tools and equipment management to ensure smooth operation of training.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above in Business Admin/HR or equivalent.

- Sufficient skills of budget planning and management.

- At least 3 years general administration experience.

- Extensive experience in training operation experiences will be a plus.

- Solid knowledge of BMW Brilliance purchasing and payment processes.

- Extensive vender management skills.

- Strong ability to lead a team.

- Good Microsoft office knowledge.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Open minded and willing to improve.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer and business oriented.

- Able to work productively under pressure.

- Good team player with inter-culture awareness.

- Creative, flexible and reliable
