Position General Summary:
Represent Microsoft and communicates with its global Enterprise customers and partners via Microsoft official Forum, providing high quality technical consulting, supporting and trouble-shooting service regarding complex technical issues on Microsoft SQL Server Admin/SQL Server BI/SQL Server Dev. Participate in SQL Server relevant project

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand customers' business requirement, research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to customer
- Analyze product known issue, provide workarounds.
- Leverage trace log, source code and relevant tools to analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet customer's needs
- Coding experience at T-SQL, MDX, C#, VB.NET
- Collaborate with Microsoft Product Team to resolve product issues to win customers' satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal resources such as SharePoint Server and Exchange Team to resolve complex issues
- Learn advanced technologies and deliver high-level technical presentations both internally and externally

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server admin
- Solid experience & knowledge on SSRS/SSIS/SSAS/DW, at least be good at one of them
- Development/Coding experiences using T-SQL, MDX, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET
- Familiar with Data Warehousing solutions (beneficial)
- Familiar with SharePoint BI (beneficial)
- Past CET4, have good English reading and writing skill
- Excellent communication skill in English, good customer service skill is expected
- Strong logic analysis and problem troubleshooting skill
- Passionate about new concept and technology, able to learn quickly
