Position: HR Specialist-ER, Communication&LR
Manager's Title: HR Manager
I: Purpose of the Position - (A brief statement describing why the position exists)
? The role is responsible for employee relations related issues to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation,
work quality and efficiency; The job holder needs to depend among front line workers to understand their concerns and expectation and take immediate actions accordingly; The job holder is also a personnel administrator to provide satisfactory service to employee and line / customer department.

Number of Indirect Reports: 0
Total Headcount under the positions management: 300 (for KGT and KGC respectively)
III: 5 to 8 Key accountabilities /Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND EXPECTED END RESULT (What you do / How you do it / Why you do it)
? Introduce or communicate any updated policy, procedure & process, practice in the area of Employee
? Relations in a timely and professional manner to ensure that employees fully understand the change and will execute accordingly.
? Assist in identifying & solving problems, issues and disputes occurred in the area of Employee Relations, from canteen food to individual concerns either on work or personal relative.
? Responsible for organizing all recreational activities according to approved plans or proposals, e.g. Employee travelling, recreational activities (e.g. family day or DDW), sports (Badminton match/ Football match/ Weekly sports), hobbies groups,etc.
? Assist to maintain all available communication means to consistently enhance their effectiveness by analyzing the feedbacks, e.g. organizing quarterly communication meetings and making proper evaluations based on meeting feedback.
? Assist to handle complaints, grievances and disciplinary action cases if any.Identify problems related to employees' health & safety and develop corrective action plans accordingly.
? Coordinate and facilitate mini-HR coordinator management to build a wide and more open communication environment both in policy understanding and compliance.
? Assist in implementing company-wide activities or programs in the area of company values, creeds and culture promotion or building.
? Take up ad-hoc projects as assigned and assist supervisor(s) for critical issue follow up.
IV: Education and Professional Experience and Functional Competencies Required
Education: Vocational school graduate or above;
Experience: Over 5 years relevant working experience in multinational foreign enterprises (Production, Maintenance, Engineering preferred)
Others: Good interpersonal relationship, good communication skills with deep understanding of front line workers'minds and languages;
