Purpose of the Position:

• Responsible for managing the Ceramic glass business, coordinating the movement of inventory between Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT.
• To consolidate financial monthly close responsibilities.
• Execute, maintain and update financial policies and procedures according to latest corporate policies and China regulations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations for Ceramic glass business.
• Manage the inventory at all warehouse and CMs locations.
• Support all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial reports.
• Oversee the development of financial accounting and inventory management systems required to maintain reporting requirements.
• Will provide tax, customs, and logistics advice on import/export procedures.
• Perform due diligence for business team to evaluate potential new CMs.
• Provide cost analysis on existing supply-demand model.
• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports.
• Requires the ability to communicate financial concepts and financial performance to non-finance team.
• Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
• Support management of warehoused inventory.
• Provide ad-hoc requests.

Education & Experience

• University degree (bachelor) major in accounting/finance
• Manufacturing experience in management accounting roles (plant/manufacturing, business analysis, cost accounting)
