Monthly Basic Salary:
20K-40K

Summary of Client:
Our client is a company in Hong Kong started in 1980s. It is the biggest tea group in Hong Kong with more than 700 staff members, nearly 100 tea houses and self-invested factories in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, a sales network with extensive coverage in Hong Kong and overseas. To cope with the rapid growth, the client is looking for high caliber candidates for this post.
Reporting Lines:
Report to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead more than 100 shops in Southern China;
2. Responsible for the analysis and development of existing and new business, preparation of business plans;
3. Assess business opportunities, develop long-term business strategies and implement actions plans to grow the business;
4. Manage all retail operation matters. These include store openings, closings, renovation, implementing policies and procedures to maximize shop operations efficiency;
5. Manage and oversee the business operation of PRC shops;
6. Coordinate on ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Hospitality Industry, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
2. Minimum 8 year’s relevant working experience at managerial level in customer service, preferably in retail operations or F & B industry;
3. Self-starter, an energetic and diplomatic individual, with strong leadership skills and business sense;
4. Sound interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to interact with all levels both internally and externally
5. Fluent in Mandarin; good written and spoken English; Cantonese speaking capability is preferred;
6. Stationed in Guangzhou, extensive travel in China.
