Job Responsibilities:

1.Independently manages VS projects concurrently and ensures completion within time frames. Evaluate products as per the applicable requirements.(Candidate with retailer projects management experiences is preferred.)

2. Maintain accurate, orderly and complete test data. May be required to overview the laboratory tests. Analyze test results and determine compliance. May identify reasons for inconsistencies between data and expected results. Conduct construction evaluation, identifies rationale for compliance or non-compliance.

3. Communicate with clients for all technical issues, and to design most suitable test protocols for customer products.(Candidate with retailer communication experiences is preferred.)

4. Resolve engineering issues associated with customer requests or complaints.

5. Assist in developing of VS requirements, test methods and test equipment’s improvement.

6. Represent VS if and as required at industry functions like seminars or trade shows.

Requirements:

1. Experience - minimum 3, ideally 5 years in performance testing either with verification service industry competitor, or major brand owner.Candidate with retailer projects handling experiences is preferred.

2. Education - University degree required in Engineering, Engineering technology, Industrial technology, Manufacturing technology or Physics.

3. Working knowledge of the product categories required, and lab apparatus.

4. Good reading, writing and speaking in English.

5. Strong problem-solving skills, strong organizational and time management skills - and flexibility at working hours, as tests may need to be run at night, on weekends or during public holidays.

6. High level of interpersonal and communication skills; customer service skills.

7. Computer proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, etc.

1. 按计划完成检测项目，根据相关标准要求对产品进行检验。(有零售商项目管理经验优先)

2. 精通实验室的测试项目，保证测试数据的完整，准确，有序。能分析测试结果，判断通过与否；对样品进行结构检查，并诠释符合与不符合项的判断原理。

3. 与客户就技术问题进行沟通，根据产品及客户要求设计测试项目。(有与零售商沟通经验的优先)

4. 解答客户的技术问题，或参与处理客户投诉。

5. 协助设定测试方法，进行设备改良。

6. 在研讨会，商展会等公司对外活动中进行主讲介绍。

岗位要求：

1. 具有3～5年在产品检测领域的工作经验。(有零售商项目管理经验优先)

2. 本科或以上学历，理工科类专业背景。

3. 具有相关产品及测试设备的知识。

4. 良好的英语读写讲能力。

5. 较强的问题分析解决能力，组织能力及时间管理能力。能接受夜晚，周末，或公众假期的加班或调班安排。

6. 较强的沟通能力及客户服务技巧。

7. 熟练操作Windows, Word, Excel等办公室软件。
