职位描述

Core Accountabilities:

Hiring

1.Working close with regional supervisors and store managers to develop and implement effective recruiting plans, identify requirements, attracting qualified candidates, effectively filling vacancies position by store and reviewing the effectiveness of recruiting activity.

2.Responsible for retail sales and senior sales positions hiring timely with qualified recommendation.


Staffing

1.Employee’s contract & archives management, information, data be inputted, maintenance and archiving.

2.New hire’s pre-board & onboard implementation, quit staffs implementation regarding internal process.

3.Ensure all HR operation compliance with China labor law and local regulation

4.Keep updated information in HRMS and maintain the running smoothly, assist to answer questions from field users.

5.Assist to monitor, review and investigate employee trends and people issues through effective use of management information & reporting, suggesting root cause and proposing solutions

6.Regional HR activities support and implementation.


HR policies & programs cooperation

1.ensure HR policies running according to administrative guidelines.

2.Support HR programme running smoothly, and basic HR training implementation like New hire orientation.

Admin

Daily admin support for GZ office and assist region AHRM to build/maintain H&S environment.


Essential Knowledge:

· Experienced on retail staffs’ hiring and selection, at least 2 years.

· Familiar with different recruitment channels in practice.

· Familiar with China labor law and local regulation and practice

· Best practice HR processes and procedures and all existing policies and associated administration practices

Expert in Excel spread sheets and functionality.
