Reports to:

Assistant Manager-Business Analysis

Responsibility:

He / She is responsible for optimizing and streaming business processes across selected functions. And he / she is responsible for business process review and participation in team work for process improvement.

1)Conduct business process re-engineering(BPR) review for business operation through system requirement study, report automation and gap analysis.

2)Assist in exploring opportunities for operations development, analysing the business process & indentifying improvement areas.

3)Conduct cost / benefit analysis and feasibility studies.

4)Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

5)Prepare project plans, status reports, management updates and other documentation.

6)Prepare test plans and conduct UAT for system development / enhancement.

7)Develop training materials including manual & guidelines and provide training on newly introduced processes users.

8)Design mechanism for monitoring post-implementation performance of newly developed processes.

9)Transform client's business requirements into IT system work flow.

10)Prepare and present project proposals for management decision.

11)To assist developing application system and manage database to smooth and accurate data flows.

Requirement:

1)University degree, preferable in information technology or business administration discriplines. Advanced degrees will be valued.

2)Minimum of 4 years of experiences in multi-disciplinary project management for Senior Analyst Programmer.

3)Minimum of 2 years of experiences in system analysis / workflow review for Business Analyst.

4)Commercial working experiences in information technology and/or consultancy services are preferred.

5)Experience in the delivery of business application and process re-engineering in commercial organisations will be advantage.

6)Result oriented with flexible work approach.

6)Highly effective interpersonal and communications skills.
